Any Worth in .com.co or .net.co extensions? Say for the original big sellers like candy or toys.com. Or are they purely worthless. not even worth the reg fee?

What you end up with is a subdomain. I would never use any of these nor would I ever knowingly visit a site with these. It just screams "spam" and "I don't know what I'm doing".

.com.co and .net.co are (legacy) third level extensions used in Colombia proper.
.net.so is for ISPs and the like... maybe there is still value in strong Spanish domains in .com.co, if you know what you're doing (but I would stay away :P)
