If you are definitely asking about a newly registered domain, then all registrars have the same 60 day hold. The way around this is by stating that any sale will only be conducted by a push to the same registrar. Most registrars allow you to push a domain to another account within that 60 days. Some may have a 7 day, no push allowed clause, but that probably won't hinder most sales. Doing this is probably best at your registrar, GoDaddy, since they are the most popular and in demand registrar.
If you are talking about the 60 day hold on the change of domain because you just bought it from somebody else and it has been pushed to your GoDaddy account. There is no way around that at GoDaddy. You cannot even transfer out to another registrar during this 60 day hold period. Most other registrars don't have any rule like this. They will allow you to push to another account or transfer out, either immediately, or sometimes they have up to a 7 day wait for another push, like eNom. But you still won't be able to transfer away until the initial 60 day wait (on a new registration) is completed. Also there is still no impediment to selling and pushing the domain to another GoDaddy account (just like in my first paragraph, above).
If you are talking about the 60 day wait at GoDaddy, because you have changed the registrant name. This can be undone, provided you are happy with the previous registrant info being restored. You send a request to a specific GoDaddy email address. They will make you jump through some hoops, like faxing them ID info, etc, but they will revert the domain to the previous registrant, and undo the 60 day hold. But, in my experience, it's much easier just to wait out the 60 day lock (if you are transferring your domain out). Also there is still no impediment to selling and pushing the domain to another GoDaddy account (just like in my first paragraph, above).
