Any value attributed to a PR3?

I am going to shut down a .com with a PR3. Trying to decide if to redirect to another site or list for sale. 2 word poster name - 10 characters.

PR3 is worth more than a PR2
I have Pr3 Ranked sites With Paid links
I can't give away Links on PR2 sites
It can double the value of the name over that of a Pr2 or more
If you are not using it ,then Park it
It must have a reasonable Google listing otherwise it wouldn't be PR3
Sell it and Quote the Fact of PR3
Keep it and Use the Advantages of PR3
Only don't let it go to waste

It is going to be a bit before I shut it down. I was very supprised to see a PR3 as it draws very little traffic. 213 uniques last month - most via MSN. It may be that I should give more time. I don't like the design I did so am going to do something different. Actually I need to keep it going long enough to get a commission check as there have been a few sales thru allposters.
