Can someone please explain to me how I have a parked domain that is PR3? An example of the domain is:

www()website()org

There is another domain... www()website()eu()org which I am guessing is leaking a little bit of traffic to my domain. Though it is not very much traffic - I think it is about 10-15 hits a month. Anyway, this website.eu.org is PR7. Can PR also leak? Because otherwise I am not really sure as to why my domain is PR3...

The .com looks parked... PR2
The .net looks parked... PR0
My .org is parked... PR3

Thanks!

if you park domain, then you'll be damn penalized by google. if you got PR domain, that has some relevant backlinks, I would suggest minisite with reasonable amount of adsense zones.

And PR might drop to 0. Stop parking it, put some relevant content and google might bring you back SE traffic.

Traffic "leak" isn't leak, it's probably due to people who doesn't remember correct domain and type different TLD.

PR won't "leak" without links.

I just had no idea it had PR until I checked it today. It has been parked for a while now. I will do what you suggested and put up a mini-site to try and advantage of it.

Isn't that definition of a traffic leak though? I always read of .net "leaking" traffic to .com for the reason you stated above. I figured the same was happening with mine.

I think he was trying to say you can't leak pagerank, which is true. You will lose your PR over time being parked. If your traffic is leaked traffic, it should remain the same as long as the website that is leaking traffic to yours remains the same, the PR won't make any difference.
