It seems their support is non-existant. Just receive an automated response and thats it...
Here is my issue - I'm not able to login.
- I tried resetting the password and it successfully sends me the reset link.
- I change my password and it even says my password is successfully changed.
- Now I login again, still its the same situation ....
Any idea what could be happening. I sent mail to [email protected] but no response even after 2 days. Ticket id - BQB-832-27110 (just incase one of their reps is reading this ..)
