Any drop catch service for gTLD?

There is a gTLD dropping from PublicDomainRegistry.com soon. I would like to have it under $50(still thinking on it, maybe $30).
So any drop catch site good at gTLD?
Would there be an auction before it drop?

You can backorder .plus with hexonet. Check hexonet.net/backorders for other supported ngtlds.

i think you never catch a Great valuable .plus domain.

Because names.plus catch all those type of domains with .plus extension.
