Any bad customer service experience from Afternic?

I emailed to afternic, no reply.
I also called, I was on hold for more than
30 minutes. Someone at afternic noticed that I was
on hold for that long, and talked to me and directed
me to a sale's person voice mail. I left a voice
mail but still no one has ever replied to me.

Bad service!

Afternic, like many on-line based companies, are slow with answering the phone. A last ditch strategy to try is calling BuyDomains for help, since they are associated with Afternic now.

On a related note, escrow.com is fantastic when it comes to answering their phone.
