Appraisals requested for the geo Redlandbay.com
This is a popular tourist area near Brisbane, Queensland, on the East coast of Australia.

Google results: 301,000 for redland bay
Yahoo results: 344,000 for redland bay

From wikipedia:
Sub-tropical Redland Bay forms part of larger Moreton Bay, 40 kilometers via road, east of Brisbane, the capital city of the Australian State of Queensland. The area offers a range of activities ranging from bay cruises and island hopping, to guided heritage tours and cultural walks. World class surf beaches, pristine national parks, walking trails and historic buildings can all be found in Redlands. Every Sunday Bayside markets bring the town centre alive as local artists and craftspeople display and sell their wares.

P.S. You don't have to be Australian to appraise this one! :)

Nice catch

Wow a nice catch on dot com domain. I think you will do good with this domain. In my opinion it will at least fetch high xx,xxx$ to low xxx, xxx.

It is a boon. Try developing it. It is a GEO .com

All the Best Len.

I'm Aussie...and I've never heard of Redland Bay. Nonetheless, it might be worth something to the right buyer. There are tourist information centres right throughout Australia and one of those entities might be interesting in buying it, if your interested in resale value.

I guess it will be interesting to see if it receives any traffic. All the best with it.

regards
Rob

I can help you out with the location.

Queensland is a state in Australia and is actually North not East Coast 40 minutes from Brisbane .

Checkout Brisbane Queensland - Redland Bay at http://www.sunzine.com.au/brisbane/redland-bay.html

Please keep in mind here in Australia .com.au is king not .com

This could effect your marketing if you chose the location as Queensland Australia, end users here & in the region would consider it as a Non Australian location due to the domain extension of dot com. This could be a problem for you.

Are there other geo locations for this one?

Hope that has helped

Cheers
