Hi All,
Well, I received 60 (yes, 60) separate emails this morning from Answerable.com's billing department letting me know they have deleted all my domain names I hand reg'd over the past three days. They didn't ask or check with me first, no, they just deleted them. Why, you ask? Because I used my wife's CC for one of the transactions (who, of course, shares my last name and address) as my CC was in another part of the house and I was feeling lazy. But here is the best part...not only did they delete my names, but they are trying to charge me $1 per deletion! So they want ~$60 payment for causing me this grief on a Monday morning. Great company!
I call their support number (not toll free mind you) and speak to their support department who informs me that their billing department has gone home (they are in India) for the night and he'll have to get back to me tomorrow. WHAT!
I plan on never using them again. I wanted to pass this on to try and save you all some aggravation - try to stay away from Answerable.com.
