Just got another appraisal scam, please see clipping of email below, be careful everyone, don't fall for these scams. This particular "buyer" / "broker" works under the email

these guys are unreal. I was convinced I had a buyer until they asked for appraisal certificate as their offer was within the price range for the name in question.

Where are these guys gathering... while you guys feel you can't be fooled,I am very sure people are a falling for it, otherwise, these guys would have stopped by now but it seems to be profitable venture for them.
