Analytics for a bunch of domains

What's the easiest way to use Google Analytics (or any other analytics program) to track many domains?

I have 100+ domains that are not parked and I'd like to see traffic stats for all of them in one interface.

Not sure if there is a bulk tracker, but I'd say only way that I personally know would be to create new profiles in Google analytic and add each code separately.

You can scroll through each different stats through a drop down and just click which domain.

Yup, you'd probably need a seperate profile for each domain which could take a while to setup.

Do you want to be able to see each site's stats seperately? Adding them all to Google would allow you to see a summary of all of them together, and go into each for more detail.
