An idea about a world online website

I'm thinking of developing a forum called worldonline or something.
each board stands for one country. people talk about their own in-state issues within each board, meanwhile they can visit other country's board and talk about international affairs in the specific board.
Community leaders are elected from all the members and are representitives of their own "country".
It is exactly a mini-world.
Because some countries are so small, it requires at least 10 members qualifying a new board setting up.

What's you opinion and suggestion? any comment is welcome.

I agree with Cooper. I suggest that you should also add a travel section where people can suggest places to go in their country and answer questions. I think that would be very useful and cool.

But i think it could work. It needs to work a certain way though.

There might be lots of racialists or nationalist in that forum. That is what I am worrying about, but adding travel topics in it is a nice idea, andyy15.
It is hard to get first 100 members for any forum. But anybody who don't need to share the same interests could come and have fun, as long as he/she belongs to some country.
It meets people's need to communicate with foreign aliens. And stand for their own country in an easy way.

If there are traffics, it will not be a problem to earn money. And this site will definitely have outstanding traffic because it aims at all people in the world.
