They could have had an info site on indigenous amazon plants. Hard for Amazon to win that one because amazon is a dictionary work. I don't think they had much of a choice but to buy it.

HeHe.... unless the owner would have been a newbie domainer who used Amazon.se to sell electronics (or similar) online. Now in that case it could have been successfully argued.
