I don't like the auto stretch or the double page. It looks like way too much to analyze. Also, if I move the window width I can break your image. I would suggest just makeing the right side centered and cutting out the left.

Well its certainly different and congratulations on trying something new but i just think it plays on the eyes a bit much, flicking between the two windows but at least its something different and people will remember that

This design doesn't appeal to me at all, sorry. Although I also appreciate something new in webdesign, this website just doesn't cut it. Espcially since you're supposed to be a design company.

Anyway, enough with the lectures, here is what I would change: first of all you navigation is just plain poor; it's very user unfriendly and the underlining roll-over just makes the whole line look like one link. Next, the color scheme is very plain and quite boring, I suggest using a color scheme generator.
Third, the top bars need work and the the different colored areas on both sides at the bottom looks kind of strange to me.

I do have to say that I feel that with some work, the two sided setup might turn into sometime nice.
