Like a few previous years let's fill the domaining community with happiness again.

Blackfriday and cybermonday are just 10 days away and I am sure all of us are geared up to make the most of the awesome deals on the internet.

Gather all you can and put all the deals here. I will try and consolidate all deals in one post.

Cheers,
Aditya.

I think who ever able to register successfully in this offer can post in "your purchase or snap of the day (no hand registered)" thread...

They can justify themselves...
"I snapped the domain from NameCheap itself... defeating thousands in this race..."

Moderator will say you got the power....lol..

Just joking... :)

Is it just me - or do the deals this year suck so far?

At Greens247.com, they have the promo code 1$DOMAINS
for a variety of extensions, including .com.
It is valid until Monday 26th

Unfortunately, you can get only one domain!

Well the Namecheap coupons have finally finished! No more having to explain to people that I can only have online meetings at three minutes past the hour :xf.smile:

I'm looking for a good transfer deal

I respect those who say the effort may not be worth it for them, but presuming it is like last year Namecheap system is really pretty easy. Log in top of hour, click to take coupon. Then sometime in next couple days log in and register all your coupons. But if most people don't bother, better chance for me! :xf.grin:

I respect your opinion Bob but some of us don’t want to monitor their site for 8 hours on one of the biggest shopping days of the year. It’s obviously set up that way to throttle the buying.

just registered 5 domains at NetworkSolutions for 0.5$ each
coupon: CYBER18

Simple solution :
Register only sell-and-run domains on Netsol for $1 (or so). Domains you wont renew, domains which you otherwise wont purchase for $8.

And for domains worth holding and renewing, never register on netsol.
$8 (or so) is not a bad price for a domain worth holding and renewing.

you summarize it perfectly for people freaking out at small prints:
this is a way to hustle 5 domains that you know you can sell fast, and can be liquidated on this forum at any time
in a business sense, it look like netsol gave you a loan to hold a good domains
and you have 12 months to sell it

for me netsol is one of those places that regardless of discounts I'd not deal with.

its even worse than 1and1 in my books.

"customers can buy 1 item in each deal"
Meh :meh:

One positive - I won't feel bad about not getting a coupon...

After I clicked "get a coupon" I got recapcha for a second and then it disappeared and the deal was gone.

Namecheap is "namecheaping" (being annoying crap) as always.... :banghead:

follow the steps I noticed in my post to get the deal.

I do know how the Namecheap system works :xf.smile: - last year I think I got 20 coupons.
This year I managed to get an .org but even though I clicked the second the .com appeared did not get that. :xf.frown: I suspect the lag time in Internet in different parts of the world influenced it. I did stay awake and got a tech/cloud so I am 2 for 3 this year. :xf.wink:
But thanks for the link.

I understand people being frustrated but it is partly because the deals are so discounted. Namecheap pay $7.85 to Verisign for each of those .com they give away for $0.88, and the difference is even more for the .net and the .org. I appreciate the good deals and know when I miss coupons they are going to someone else who is deserving.:xf.grin:

We should have 2 threads one for deals only and the second for discussion.

Its painful to filter through all the conversations

I'm looking for a transfer deal are there any other then namecheap for .com?
Com transfer at $6.49 that's what I got so far.

I wouldn't touch Network Solutions even if they give me domains for free. I've lost a domain there.

oh well more for me then!

I managed to grab 8 NameCheap coupons so far:

.org, .info Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.com, .co Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.store, .shop Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.com, .net, .org Domain Transfer for $3.88/1st yr
.com, .cc Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.tech, .cloud Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.co, .biz Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr
.design, .me Domain Registration for $0.88/1st yr

I don't know about other users, but I have no problem while claiming these coupons. Deals usually last for <5 seconds.

This year very bad all deals. Before we could received 50 domain transfers with same code :(

1500 limits, insiders, proxies, what's the sense...
The sense is for Namecheap to create a feeding frenzy, generate buzz, be the talk of NamePros and other forums, get new people to hear about them, resulting in more domain registrations at their regular pricing and make more money! What else! :sneaky:

A small minority, myself included, are turned off by their antics and stay clear, but most others, judging by this thread, seem to get caught in Namecheap's casino roulette game and perform as expected: make Namecheap the talk of the town! Most of them getting nothing or very little in return for all this hard work, promoting Namecheap :xf.wink:
