hehe, I like it. I sold beforeinternet.com afterinternet.com like ad, bc. I would say this is somewhat in that category. Al Gore is all up in the news for his environmental junk. $xx-low $xxx just for parody sake.

Thanks, I have been bullish on Al Gore:
I also own global warming lawsuit (dot) com and Al Gore Biography (dot) com

Hmm, would make an interesting website in helping to debunk the whole affair. Don't know how much traffic it would attract, but certainly a nice niche website could be created from it.

Good luck!

I think if you did something simple and funny, like one page, his face idk, the whole viral marketing thing might kick in.

I used to be affraid of long names from what I learned from NamePros.
I am no longer affraid! lol
"phrases dot com" get interesting and often "clicky" traffic

longer domains also work well for pharmacy and adult

You are right! short and sweet is nice - especially for advertising on the TV, radio or print, but when it comes to search engine traffic long is not always a negative.

I can't find it now, but someone posted here or at DNF a breakdown of how people search on the search engines from a number of industrialized countries in regards to how many words they use in their search phrase. It was interesting and validates what you are saying.

Of course like a .ca that dropped a couple weeks back - findalocalpizzaplacebecauseimhungry.ca or something like that is going a tad overboard... :hehe:

Very funny, sounds like the title to one of those humorous 'quote' books that pop up every election year. Might make for a nice Al Gore t-shirt site.

thats politics for you.

politics? Yes, but even more so it's hypocritical!

This is their answer to it:
Kalee Kreider, a spokesperson for the Gores, did not dispute the Center's figures, taken as they were from public records. But she pointed out that both Al and Tipper Gore work out of their home and she argued that "the bottom line is that every family has a different carbon footprint. And what Vice President Gore has asked is for families to calculate that footprint and take steps to reduce and offset it."
You have to be kidding me! "carbon footprint" is your excuse? Give me a break! 30K a year for a household utility bill. The annual median income for the US is something like 25K.

Don't get me wrong on the subject, I try to change both my and my families habits to reduce energy consumption. In fact, I have incorporated solar and a number of other energy saving practices into the design of our new home design. This will come at a substantial initial cost of 70-90K.

This all comes down to one thing. Al Gore is totally out of touch with reality.:-/ <--Unofficial Al Gore smilie.

i like the part where he says ... " we are carbon neutral"

ie) what we use for our house is offset by carbon reductions elsewhere ... he's an idiot
