I do not see any sense here, you do not rent a suite on an airport. The only potential is to develop a site to list hotels with suites near airports but again, is there a market for that?
This is the kind of domains that result unpredictable to me, but in the case I am an investor to whom the domain is offered I would not pay more than high xx at most.

I see good potential for this but it is a narrow niche. Personally, I'd love to see a site where you can find hotels based on a nearby airport. It's just screaming for development.
