Afternic's illogical behavior

Mentioned here many times, that Afternic doesn't want to show prices.
Things are getting worse.

I listed a domain at Afternic.
They didn't publish the listing, although I could see it on my account.
Also, listing was not visible at partner sites.
THEN, they sent me SET AFTERNIC message via the registrar.
I APPROVED Afternic. So, there must be no doubt now that
I'M THE OWNER OF THE DOMAIN.
So, they must immediately show the price to everyone , right?

Of course, I'm paranoid that , someone may have listed my domain, and
requested that fast transfer is set at my registrar by me, and in case of sale
I would lose the domain and he would get the money,
and I wouldn't even know it.

To prevent this possibility, when I got set-afternic message from the registrar,
I first checked whether my listing was accepted at Afternic
(when I checked it before listing it, it had not been listed by others)
,..no, I mean, it was visible to me, but not to public.
So it is not clear, if it is listed, if it is listed under my account.
But I was assuming, once I set fast-transfer via the registrar
(I didn't initiate it, but afternic does such things from time to time),
my ownership would be proven, and when I search for it
at partner sites, MY PRICE would be shown to public, not a different price.
BUT WHAT: it is not visible to the public.

What kind of game is this.

By the way. I'm against resolving such matters one by one,
via a forum like this.

it is a general trend, afternic is not transparent enough,
it may cost us, domain, money, or sales, lose-lose-lose for sellers.
potential win-win-win for some "unknown" players.

ALSO, IN CASE OF FAST TRANSFERS, commissions should be 15 percent, even if not parked at their sites.

.................

WHY DOES SUCH A QUALITY POST NEEDS APPROVAL FOR HOURS

1. because I didn't post my threads in the best forum, in the past

or

2. my posts may bother some; in this case AN/GD, but in other times, DS, or anything mainstream BS.

...........
Penalty is not proportional to the mistake. I mention important problems in domain business, noone even thinks they exist. I'm trying to make this gambling game more fair, something with reasonable rules.
if rules are random, and can change without notive, than this is not game, instead this becoms slavery.
NP is the best forum I have seen, but I'm not making it worse, I'm increasing its overall quality.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Maybe I should clarify and simplify things a little bit.

I tried to list the domain, which was not listed by others.
I suspect there is an active buyer with big pocket.
It is in pending approval state (in review).
So it is listed by me, but may need approval.

Ok, can others do the same, list it and it stays in pending review state,
and who knows if this is possible, theirs will be approved, and mine won't be,
and I will never know it.

One potential issue: Proving that I'm the actual owner.
I was sent set-Afternic request, and although it was not initiated by me,
I approved it, so my registrar must have informed them that I'm the actual
owner. Not a 100 percent proof, but probably it was listed by the correct owner
(unless others are listing it simultaneously, and lots of other stuff matches, extremely unlikely).

Second issue: Trademark issue. Trademarks should be seller's problem. For example if I own
ibm.net, or hilton.org, can't I list them? Nonsense.
In my case at first sight you may suspect there is a TM issue, but it is like
amazonapple.com , so noone can claim rights on it, even if we forget that amazon and apple
are generic words.

...............
So what am I complaining about:

Afternic is sending set-afternic message to my registrar,
but still not listing the domain after approving fast transfer.

If Afternic initiated the fast transfer, then they should be happy that
I approved it.

if a 3rd party initiated it, then they would know that it is a fake listing;
OR, by approving it, they would allow me to see whether it was approved
for fast transfer by the correct afternic user.

....
And also wondering what the commission is for unparked fast transfer domains.
15 or 20 percent can be reasonable. 25 would be too high, because less effort needed.
....

Also agents must be paid well, say, min 5 percent if price is below 10K,
and this would motivate them, and hopefully they won't try arbitrage,
and risk many things at once for us and for themselves.
