Afternic Registrar Not Eligible Bug on Fast Transfer active names

For anyone who has experienced a significant drop in Fast Transfer sales or experienced transfer delays in Fast Transfer sales, you may want to read this.

I've been monitoring unusual sync issues for the past few months.

Upon checking my Afternic accounts, everything appeared fine. (Everything that was eligible was opted-in and showing as Fast Transfer active.)

However, at the registrar level I was able to see what appeared to be a flutter.

I knew the entire system was off was when I began receiving opt-in notifications for domains that were already Fast Transfer active.

When the frequency of the notifications increased, I resubmitted the entire portfolio to resync it and the results shocked me.

The first resubmit revealed thousands of domains that were Fast Transfer active now showing as "Registrar Not Eligible."

I resubmitted again, waited for everything to update and re-approved all for Fast Transfer.

I thought I was done. However, when I tested the following day, I learned I was not and repeated the process.

@GoDaddy @Afternic - This is a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Note: I've replicated this is in several different accounts and the usual workarounds, although provide a temporary solution, do not resolve the issue.

I suspect this affects all Afternic accounts. Therefore, if you replicate the issue, please share it with Afternic so we can speed the process of getting it resolved.

Note: To replicate, select all domains in your portfolio and tap/click the resubmit button.

Give it a few minutes, then sort by registrar or fast transfer and you'll know right away.
