Hi all, My account has been suspended. I've tried them on the phone which was hit and miss. First time they said they'd "email me back within the hour" (this was over a week ago), the second time I rang I was told that the correct dept "doesn't work weekends". These calls are costing me over £30 each time (I'm in the UK). I've tried emailing their service email address but I either don't get a response or I get one after 2+ weeks if I'm lucky. I tried to find a backdoor to them via GoDaddy, the last time being a week ago. They said to email Afternic again so I emailed them the whole story. GoDaddy had asked Afternic to look out for the email specifically and that Afternic would get back to me within 48hrs, guess what?...No response. Does anyone know anyone on here who can help me with this?? When Afternic suspended my acc they removed all of my listings and for some reason all of my domains vanished from GoDaddy auctions as well (I've manually added these back on to GoDaddy). I have seriously never dealt with such poor customer service. They were all over me when I had a decent offer for one of my domains but don't seem to want to know when they're not making money.
