AfterNIC escrow payouts???

Has anyone had trouble receiving funds from an escrow transaction with AfterNIC? I sold a domain for low/mid xxxx and the buyer wanted to use AfterNIC. I have not used them before. I received an email 9:30am Friday saying the funds are to be sent to Paypal by 5:00pm that day... I still have not received it and sent a couple inquiries with no response.

So I am wondering if they are lax in sending funds or what?

Update... the payment came in today so all is good, but it would have been nice to get a reply or something.

Responses from our escrow department usually take place within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). If you ever feel that your messages are not receiving the attention they should, please let me know.
