Has Afternic stopped uploading a file of domaims for adding to our account? I can't find the URL anymore. How do they expect us to manage large portfolios without allowing this?

Thanks everyone for their help. @kam & @bertrill were right on the money. I was temporarily blinded by too many options :)

OK. I've uploaded my whole portfolio (@Mytz.com - my entire portfolio). How long does it take for Afternic to process the file? Will they inform me after it is processed? Will they give me any kind of report on accepted/rejected domains? So far nothing after approx 1 week.

I've got more to add. But I would like to know my file has been processed before I add more, and then have to add them again after the upload has completed updating.

Do you get a notification? how large is too large? I have uploaded approx 3350 domains? I looked for instructions on Afternic but could not find any. And pretty much all 3rd part help was about as good as not having any clearcut instructions.

    As per my experience:
Better to upload small portions. Large means >50 domains or so. It would accept more, but many would remain unprocessed (will show Pending Review forever, not because it is adult or something, but because the system failed to determine correct registrar for example).
Also, last time I checked, if there is at least one "conflicting" domain inside uploaded batch (the domain which already exists in their system, added by somebody else) - then the whole batch may fail.. the domains will never appear with any status ;-(

That's main problem afternic is so bad zero options to manage pending domains to send the review, to check parking for each domain or for payments. I need to search e-mail from afternic where they send me how much they paid becouse there is not that option in panel...

@stub too big I mean size in kb but 3k domains I think it's a big file, make a portion. The biggest file I tried was 500 and it was pretty much work(but I think it could max fox once like some other services max 500 domains for once). but many domains on the review so need to manually check them.

anyway afternic has very bad guides and support, You need wait 2 days for respond and there is no main information about parking, domains and other things that's so bad.

OK. I was expecting to receive an email from them stating exactly what happened to my upload. But nope. So I went to my Afternic account and there I had a message that 3150 domains had been uploaded and telling me to contact them with any missing files from my upload. Well I uploaded 3350. So now I have to put all these 2 datas into a spreadsheet to analyze what they haven't added and figure out why they weren't added. It would have been so much easier to inform me what they didn't add and why?

If you did not check afternic db for domain conflicts before - it may well be that the ~200 domains do already exist in their system... Another tip: if you see some successfully uploaded domains as pending review, this review will likely never be autocompleted for some of domains in question. Check after ~2 days...

Best to inform them directly, call them after uploading. Wait for 24-48 hours to check. If any are pending verification, call again (option 5).

Use Excel copy paste from afternic uploaded and from yours file check what domains exist for example with (if) and send message to support with missing domains list maybe it will help.

OK. This is my very first comprehensive reconciliation of my Afternic account with my actual registered domains. Yeah! I know. A long time coming. Well past due. I'm kinda disappointed to date with the help forthcoming from Afternic. From my analysis so far, it seems like the following tld's are not available for fast transfer, all NGLTDs, all ccTLDs except Co. Anything else? Of the 200 missing domains, most of them are NGTLDs or Nov expiring domains. I've also provided them with a copy of each of these 200 domains in my registrar accounts and asked them to add them to my account. I don't know if they will do that or they will ask me to do that. Probably most of them are domains which are in somebody else's account. But at least I will finally have a reconciliation between my registered domains and the domains in my Afternic account. Only a small percentage have fixed prices. And I expect to take the whole of next week adding fixed prices for most domains. Next week will also be taken up with my Nov renewals, which are also currently excluded from my Aftenic account, and will also need to be added.
