Hi guys,

I'm here thinking, and thinking while passing my eyes on some websites.

I could start a Developing Mini-Sites Service For Domainers!!!

I'm very good working with CMS's like Wordpress... i know where to find great writers for content... so, why not?

I would like to hear your thoughts around this...

I was thinking in a service like:

- Website Based on Wordpress
- Top Image Personalized
- 5 Unique Articles
- Best SEO plugins instaled and working according to Seo Words given by Buyers
- Contact Form
- Feed Setup on Feedburner
- Subscribe By Mail Box on Sidebar
- Google Analytics Setup
- Privacy Policy according Adsense TOS
- Adsense placement on template php code

And maybe one or two more things....

Price... i don't have a price in mind yet...

But... around $125/ $150/ $175 (no more)

As an example of my work: www.trailersrelease.com | www.espanol.com ! www.newlifecredit.com | www.puremtg.com

Do you think i would have clients for this????

Ideas?? Advices??

Thanks in advance guys...

PS: i'm not doing this work yet. don't see this as advertisement please.

IMHO, inexpensive site development companies are going to be the next big thing in this industry. Getting in early can't hurt. I will definitely be using someone to develop a few sites for me next year. You'll probably be getting some work from me.

Mi my friends...

First of all i want to say sorry for my late reply to all this feedback... Great Feedback...

Can you handle the load? How about if a client gives you 500 domains, can you write fresh articles on all of them on a regular basis?

Hello Alien51... That's not the point my friend.
I will sell mini-websites with (most probably) 10 Unique Articles with 300/350 words. Point. After i sell a mini-website we can sell articles, of course. But not necessarily.

But... 1 client/ 500 Mini-websites... would be great for a startup :D
I could "close my store" and work only for that client during a full year! :D

Hi

I would suggest a cap limit when you will be ready in a week. Say for example 10 websites and all work will be completed within 30 days. Make it a realistic time period for you, how many hours it takes and etc.

Good luck again!

Hi jeffoverman

You're the man... completely right in all your points my friend.

Your feedback/ opinions/ sugestions are very very precious for me at this moment.

For sure i'll start OhYeh.com with a cap limit as you sugest.

First of all i want quality for my clients. I want them happy with the service they are paying for.

For sure i can build 20 quality mini-websites per month as a startup.

If i see business growing... i'll contract people to work with me in the 2 main points of my business:

1 - Quality Writers
2 - Some to set up the mini-website according my quality guidelines

But for now, as you say, i have to think in all the points to start the best way i can for each client.

Once again... Thanks ;)

Hello Briman ;)

Thanks for your feedback also. Inspiring to feel that this kind of servives can be "the next big thing in this industry" :)

About the inexpensive point. Since aeiou.com charges $250 for a mini-site, with 5 articles... what do you think of this price:

$149/ 10 articles

Good enought?

The thing is that aeiou does SEO/linkbuilding along with the sites. So while you may have better content and a more attractive design than them, it might never receive any actual traffic or revenue, which is more valuable to a minisite than its content. If you can afford to hire SEO specialists to be included in that price, then I think you are in good shape.

I don't know the kind of SEO/linkbuilding they do...

If what they do is "xxx Manual Directory Submissions".... everything is possible and i'm thinking to build a pack with that also.

Pretty good. If you added a little SEO to that, it'd be a steal.

Talking about possible mini-websites development I started this thread with:

"I was thinking in a service like:

So, Seo it's here since the beginning.

That's why the Seo Plugins.

And i'm talking about the best ones for wordpress.

I should not talk to much at this moment... but Seo it's not forgotten.

Domain parking is dead.

Ever since I created mini sites for 300+ domains of mine, the PPC has gone up tremendously and more offers to buy the sites/domains now.

Good on you, how many years did that take you? :) Would literally take me years to develop my 300 something domain names. Or?

there is a trick . When they are your domains and making money on the sites aka monetization is the key, you get your A*sss working .

Now I am enjoying the fruits of the labor $$$$$

Google has a way to denied parking pages now because there is no content.

Your ideas and sites are good - I like the name and the design.

I have been in the domain business since April of this year and have gained some experience in the space ... not nearly as much as many on this forum.

Budgeting for article writing for me has been about $50 to $60 total for 500 to 700 words on 5 topics per site developed to launch. If your writer is charging about the same for 10 pages of 300 to 350 pages then you only are left with $89 to $99 for your pocket per site and there may be other expenses to deduct. I would be careful how close to the bottom you price your services.

I have used AEIOU and they do a fairly good job. My site hasn't been up long enough to see any meaningful stats. I am watching the traffic closely to see how well they have done on the marketing side of the devlopment. The graphics on the site are OK but not high quality ... in my opinion.

You want to make sure that you are happy with the amount of money you are making for your efforts. It's harder to raise your prices later in the business process.

Best of luck to you!
