Advice on WIPO/URDP how to be best protected

Hello People

Can someone give me some advice please

I am looking to buy a .com domain at just over $4,000 it is a two keyword domain example " software system "

I have checked the whois and the domain is now in the hands of a second owner I now will be the third owner.

The domain was created in 1990

Say later down the road someone try's a WIPO on me.... now that I am the third owner will this look bad on me.

I will be developing the domain and will not have any links or info on any company that may have a interest in the domain.

What other things can I do in case a WIPO is thrown on me. Hopefully it won't but best be prepared.
