I have average 150 Unique visitors/day on my games site runallgame.com but almost zero adsense earnig.I test different formats for adsense but still nothing.

You can't receive the adsense revenue until you have used the correct keywords. As keywords plays the main role in adsense. You can try the google adword for the kewords research, once you fetch the correct kewords, you get good traffic as well.

One more thing, create an attractive title for your ad and leave a qery for the user on your description. This will help you and definately you will get the correct traffic.
