Google cancelled my Adsense account a while ago because some one clicked my ads like a crazy ass. I did appeal but Google rejected it. Is there still a chance to open a new adsense account?

no hope, they won't accept it, they need to be convinced that you never did it yourself show proofs to them

One is not allowed to open another account, they will ban it too. Only chance is to convince them that you were honest and someone else did it. Email them with stats etc. and you might get a second chance.

just made another accont. maybe it would help you out. than use click protection script. some of there is paid script.
or. try another PPC service. and or...

Try to contact google else try adsense alternatives now

This is one reason why its good to use Google Analytics. At least can try show some proof. Also keeping an eye of stats is very important. When you loose an account for invalid clicks its impossible to get it back. I think its better use that time to build traffic and find an alternative.
