Banned from AdSense? I got banned twice but got an account again

I was 2 years ago banned from adsense because I clicked the ads by myself (I did not know that it is wrong). Then I got 1.5 years ago another account but banned in less than 2 weeks because my account was associated with my banned account.

After then I have tried about 5-7 times to get adsense account but never accepted. Each time I use new sites with blog. 3 months ago I finally get an adsense account.

I only use a just installed forum with almost no post but I still get an account and now I will not click the ads by myself again because I do not want to lose it again.

So if you banned, just wait and register again with a forum. I even use the same account name and address but I use another ip.

And when you think you have a nice payment coming up you're getting banned again.
You may have slipped through the cracks now but at the end of the day or end of the month in your case, and you would be eligible for receiving payment, you won't get payed but banned once more.

Better to send Adsense an email and explain your situation, read THIS first!
I have strong doubts it will succeed in your situation as you are way overdue for going this route but it's your only option.

Applying again and again is a waste of time and money.

Because you have a new IP address does not mean they have forgotten who you are and that you where once banned from the program.
They have you listed.

If you apply with the same personal details you have before your most likely to be banned once more.
Stop wasting your time and your money (you're going to lose money because of this) and either send Google an email outlining your situation or go with alternative options.

If one banned from Google Adsense, then you only can get another account if you have some other Address and your personal information. I myself got banned twice due to this but 3rd time i changed the Address and some Personal information - Now it is working Good for one year.

BTW, Google may 'allow' you to open new accounts, then they ban you after a certain time, and keep the earnings Very profitable indeed... for Google
