I did an "addon" to one of my domains to host another domain for no extra cost ... so I have no individual cpanel for it. How does this affect linkage and seo junk?

I assume it's no good and I should just host it on its own.

I don't think the SE's see an addon domain any differently. I could be wrong though.

Google did pick it up pretty quick... so if there's no difference in SE's and linkage ... that's great news!

There's no difference. This applies to those parked domains too as far as i know.
I mean two domains on one site, not the domain parking for revenue that we are talking about more frequently here.

Thanks - I guess I just miss out on the stats for that addon domain... I can live with that for now. I just wanted to make sure it's not affected SE's and links, etc.

Thanks for replies!
