I use a combination of methods. I do purchase some traffic from Admob. I usually send that traffic to mpals.mobi, startingpoint.mobi, or chibipets.mobi. These 3 sites get the highest number of returning users and page views per user. From there people click on the AdBID banners to get to my other sites and other publishers sites from AdBID depending what banners I am running at the time.

I am going to be spending alot this month on traffic building for StartingPoint.mobi starting in the next few days. My goal is to serve 10,000 US banner impressions daily via my core sites. Once I hit my goal I will then remove the AdMOB ad code and replace it with TSM (Third Screen Media) campaigns that pay via CPM for US based traffic.

I am actually going to be testing Third Screen Media today or tomorrow on mPals to see how it works out.
