It makes more sense as you can get acne on your face, but that is not the type of domain anyone is likely to pay a premium for.

You want terms like Acne Treatment(s), Acne Products, etc.
Something you can actually build a business on.

Agreeing with the comments above. It's a redundant name that doesn't provide a call to action or anything. It'd be like "HairOnHead" or "WrinkleOnBalls"

The name has to mean something, not repeat the obvious! FixMyAcne, FixYourAcne, GetRidofAcne, etc...
