In Sedo settings there is an option to receive payments via PayPal or Wire Transfer

Which should I choose as the best for least charges/speed etc..

The cheapest is probably bank deposit into your account

They use PayPal mass pay, this means that they pay the PayPal fees and you receive the same amount as via bank transfer.
