I received a counter offer for $350 (original offer $90, I'm asking for x,xxx). Accept or wait for months/years? Please advice!
The domain in the question: P.o.t.C.e.n.t.e.r (dot com)

Accept the deal, and move into the next. You could try negotiating a little more, but be careful as you may end up losing the sale. How long have you waited, or are prepared to wait to get the 'right' price?

Stick to your initial price $x,xxx. If you need the money urgent than counter with high $xxx and close fast! :xf.smile:

That is a great name for the industry. One of the best. Short, sweet, clear.

If you sell names like that $350, I don't see how you get enough cash flow for renewals etc.

I am willing to sell for $xxx only narrow application names that you know you won't get next offer for years. But for generic fantastic names I am normally firm on pricing.

Unless you are in tight financially, you should stick to closer to your offer. This is a pretty solid domain for the industry. Good Luck!

Bump to 450 and settle if you want fast or hold out but i would go the faster option as not too many real offers on table every day.

My thoughts exactly. How long are you prepared to wait for the right price? Another year or two?
