Have an offer for $500. Would it be worthwhile to risk the bird-in-hand for an auction release (with $500. minimum)for what may await in the bush?? Seeking opinions. Thanks

Unless you're going to develop the domain, I would personally accept the offer. But, I don't know how much you paid for the domain. So, either way it goes, good luck to you.
