i think this one is worth more than 20k even in todays economy.

According to DNSalePrice.com this domain sold for $50K in Feb / 2005.

Names like CognitiveTherapy.com have sold for over $25K. If I owned this I would not even consider selling it below low six figures. There are far too many end users, and many of them are in high paying medical fields.
