first we sold domains, meanwhile some new GTLD got traded.
now I heard that a complete registry backend provider was sold a week agao...
wow, I wonder where this is going.... but definately a smart move because as a TLD provider you are very much dependend on the backend provider.
The registry provider I am talking about is openregistry.com

Pretty fresh news I would say... I don't even see it posted under the News section of their website yet? lol.. Anyways, looks to be a nice sale at £14.9m (€19.5m) in cash depending on performance-related targets.
