I hate not knowing the answer or even asking questions but i want to block some email on some of domains hosted. Is it possible at domain level so name servers set nut email fails.

Are you trying to block email you receive from specific domains?

or

Are you trying to prevent your domains being used to send email?

If the first then, no. You would be able to block it in your mail server settings or email client if you don't have access to the servers.

As for the latter, remove the Mx records and add this TXT (SPF) record:
v=spf1 -all

You can also add DKIM and DMARC for additional security.
