This is a great UDRP read because it is a victory over a brandable TM owner that owned multiple ccTLD domains with the same name that predated respondents .COM registration.
The real strangeness of it all comes in when the complainant tells the WIPO that the respondent owns the name in bad faith due to the fact that the respondent only wants $75,000 for the domain name.
Their prima facie case is that asking for $75,000 is unrealistically low if they owned that domain for a bona fide use, and that they should have asked for more.
Man... when that's your basis for bad faith it's pretty comical.
