A good contact at Sedo?

Sedo's brokering, which has become mostly automated through the Transfer Center now, has gradually gotten worse. Does anyone have a contact at Sedo? Are they understaffed?

We need a real marketplace alternative and many of us need to move our buying and selling there to send a clear message to Sedo that they need to actually work a little harder at earning their commission.
