I really like forumtests.com. You've probably already thought about this, but you should add all the hottest forum softwares to it (Invision Power Board, MyBB, phpBB, vBulletin) and allow people to, obviously, test them out and decide which one they want in one stop.

I'd say high xxx -low xxxx developed. Good luck!
