I appreciate any feedback and/or appraisal estimations for the following domains:

vpmy.com
ywdo.com
qjmd.com
zclo.com
gotlol.com
kwinu.com
buyanewscooter.com
edwardsin2008.com
myspacewebdesigns.com
whataweenie.com

Thanks in advance!!

Honestly, I don't see much value in those names. Unless there's a company out there, your 4 character LLLL.com would be worth reg fee as they're non-pronouncable names.

Thanks, great feedback. Here is what I was thinking for each one:

gotlol.com - Thought this would be excellent for a jokes/funny website. It's short, describes it perfectly and is easy to remember/hard to misspell.

kwinu.com - Not sure what I was thinking lol certified appraisal from godaddy was $64 - $166

buyanewscooter.com too long, but it is so very well descriptive of a sales portal for scooters/minibikes and gear.

edwardsin2008.com too long but may be valuable in the short term for the election?

myspacewebdesigns.com too long but has good keywords for search and would be a good money generator with simple myspace layouts and tips for users with ads.

whataweenie.com - current site with traffic base (300 avg visitors a day / 100 unique/day) already generating revenue (paid for itself plus hosting fees each month)

vpmy.com - got it because it's short :)

ywdo.com - got it because it's short :)

qjmd.com - got it because it's short :)

zclo.com - got it because it's short :)

Does that help in appraising?

Thanks again! I would love additional feedback and second opinions on these as well.

Obviously, I am very new to this whole domain name thingy so if I am off base, please let me know. I am learning quite rapidly as I go!

While looking at the various auction sites I was noticing that the 4 letter domains were going in the low $200 range or higher so I thought that seemed valuable. Was I incorrect in this assumption?

Also, I noticed that the three letter domains have been going in the low $1000 and higher range.

The four letter domains that I have listed above had certified appraisals from godaddy for $1300 but I thought that was way high so I wanted to see what real world $$ they were possibly worth.

The other ones I threw in for giggles but candid appraisals are appreciated for any or all of them.

At this stage, there's still a lot of available 4 LLLL.com domains available to be registered with non-premium letters. It all depends on the letter combo to how it's valued. If you have a pronouncable 4 letter .com, it would be worth a little more than reg fee. If it was an actual word like food.com, that'd be worth a nice amount of $$

I wouldn't waste my money with free automatic or paid appraisals. Not worth the money. Your GoDaddy experience is a typical example. If you want appraisals, best to ask other domainers here & other forums.

Your LLLL.com's may not be as bad as suggested. It would seem that they are being steadily bidded on at places like Ebay. Considering that I am just starting to recieved some competition on a few decent ones, I think youve got a few bucks more than registration fee for those. Hang onto them, I do believe youll see a return on investment for those.

Shorter is always better.
Have lots of ovt scores.
Have lots of google results page.
High paying keywords.
Brandable.
Pronounceable.
If more than one word, it need be related or make sense together.
There still are fairly decent 2 words domains that you can register.

I just registered domains below about 5 minutes ago.
AlertMD.com
CatchFever.com
KillerViews.com
MadIdea.com
QSoul.com - humm, this one, I just like the sound of it :)
SensualWeb.com
SEOHerald.com

I don't consider myself as expert, but, just giving you some example.
Good luck with your domaining :)
