I was surprised to see her (sorry didn’t check the gender, am no experts in cats for simplicity I would call it "her").

Anyways, it was so cute and irresistible. I started looking for her mother but that "bitch" was no where.

I got a feeder and tried to give her some milk. She immediately started sucking the nipple but I guess she did not like the taste of it. (I never have though that Nestle is so bad even kittens don’t like it.)

I was going back to my parent’s home and got into the dilemma of weather I should take her with me or leave here hoping her mother would come and take care of her.

I decided to leave her there with a "plate" of the same milk. (I thought she might not be hungry right now, after all that’s Nestle Everyday)

Well, I left the house with heavy heart. Literally I have been thinking about her and her fcuking mother all the way and then all day long.

Next day, when I came back, she was playing happily. (That was a good sign) I thought her mother would be around and feeding her regularly (good cat).

So I have got myself a new pet. Any suggestions if the good cat again turns into an ugly bitch and leave her without food.

I will try to post some pics of her tonight. :)

Then may be I should call her 'zerospot' or 'spotless'. heheh. She's plain white.

A tiny black cat showed up at my girlfriends house (She's finally decided to keep it, and names her "Babe" :)) and I will post a pic when she sends it to me.

She also has a dog named Gizmo who looooves me but unfortunately I am allergic to him :(.

cute name...i have two stray cats too that i found a few months ago. i believe their mother abandoned them when it was raining. i found them soaking wet from the water near a canal so i bought them home. they couldnt even stand and i think they're just two days old. i love them like they're my kids. their names were ginger and crookshanks. sad thing is they just died because of pneumonia they got from the rain....:(

if you feed the cat it will always come back for more. It's not a good thing to feed cats, especially young kittens. They adapt and learn very quickly, so if you continue to feed the kitten - expect him/her to be around for a looooong time. If it's a very young kitten and the mother ain't around, chances are the kitten is on it's own. Keep an eye open, look for weight changes or changes in the fur consistency/shine. If things get bad - you've got yourself a new pet :D

Aww. She's sooo tiny :)

Please don't stress about the kittens mother, things happen. Now you're the primary care for the kitten, make it your main purpose.

ohhh man.... so sad they died. Why these cats abonden their new borns? What you have been feeding them? I need some advice and would like to have some help as well.

This kitten (I yet have to decide a name for her) looks active. So I guess shes getting her feed properly. May be her mother comes in some odd time and feed her because i dont think/know if she can feed herself on her own.

HE's awesome!

When we brought him home from the MSPCA, he was exploring the house, he was so cute any tiny. He got behind the washer and dryer and came out all Dusty.

He's my favorite brother :)

Steve and TD, what should I feed her. She does not drink much of the milk through a feeder. Only few drops and she just shut her mouth tight not to open it up again. What else can i give to her. And is there any special kind of milk which I will have to give her.

What do you think about her mother being around? I mean its been two days and she's as active as I saw her at day one. All she took from feeder are few drops of milk and thats it. And I dont think its enough for her to survive. Any suggestions?

and thanks for the offer of NPs. :) I will just go to the market and buy stuff for her.

Also these dasy are warm and humid. nights are cold. she has find herself a warm whole where she sleeps at night. I have covered it already so that direct sunlight would not reach her. I am brand new to all of this so let me know anything else I can do?

Thanks for the help.

I have seen a white fat cat drolling infornt of neighbours house, dont know if thats her mother or father but I immidiately brought the kitten on the street hoping she/he will pick it up but she/he wasnt giving a damn about her. So I take her back home.

Cats most generally shouldn't bed fed milk. Get some some nice cool water in a bowl with a diameter probably the size of a cd. Same with the food bowl, make sure that they have a wide opening with so the kitten doesnt hit her head on any side of the bowl.

In the food bowl, I thin you should get some softer cat food, but not the treats. I think that you should wait a year before the treats start, so the kitten doesn't get dependent on them.

It is crucial that kittens get love when they are growing up, they are molding over the next few months (means this time is very crucial). Make sure you spend as much time as you can with them but still give them a firm "no" when they do something wrong.

My cousins had a cat when they were younger and mistreated the cat. The cat grew up (later, when it was separated from the boys) a mean cat, only because of the way it hard been treated by my cousins.

I don't like those stories :(

Best of luck, feel free to PM me and ask any questions you need. B-)

GOOD LUCK!:gl:

I know Whiskas has special cat food that is made especially for baby kittens. See if you can find that at the grocery store. Milk is ok, but make sure you don't give too much milk - mix it about 50/50 with water.

i just feed them with milk every five hours.lol, i even got a sterilized milk for them and a milk bottle because they havent learned how to drink on ther own. i let them sleep beside me so they'll be comfortable.
