This high powered domain used to be the official site of a large government agency in a South American country. It is 13 years old, and for a long time it was 301d to the new website of this government agency, and I managed to snap it up right as it expired. It has not been spammed, and it's history is clean as a whistle.
It has over 40k .gov backlinks, and over 120k backlinks in total. The metrics are also incredible, with a domain TF/CF of 32/26, and a homepage TF/CF of 54/45.
Payment done through escrow.com. Serious inquiries only.

I was not aware, my apologies! Does that apply to the entire site, or only this subforum?

I didn't want to share the name because someone might want to use this for a PBN. I can't see an option to delete my post, so I suppose I will wait for a mod to do it.

Why are you scare of sharing the name in the public? Is it a stolen name? If it is not stolen, there is no problem for you. Hence, you said it dropped and you picked it, why are you scare of sharing the name.
You have triggered my suspicion!

It's not stolen... People who build private blog networks on expired domains generally don't want others knowing the domain names of their sites. It kinda defeats the whole "private" part.

Then how do you sell it if you are not showing the product to the people who are to buy it?. Here is a business forum and any one who buys it will again sell it to the end user.
Well up to you and good luck!
