The price has been lowered to $9.75 for everybody, no need to exceed $1999 in receipts. This is pure awesome-ness.

And no, Whiz.in does not deduct any fees from the funds you deposit from your Paypal account balance. So there's no catch there, unlike some other registrars.

Edit: Be aware though that if you pay by Credit Card through the Paypal gateway, a 2.9%+$0.30 fee will be deducted.

And I'll mention the "2 Regs for $20" promotion at Godaddy from this thread, so somebody else won't have to.

And here's two more reasons I can think of to register with Whiz.in,

Whiz.in gives optional WHOIS privacy for free. The current price for the "Private Domain Registration" service at Godaddy is $6.99/yr on top of your reg fee.

And of course, you may not want to pick up two .mobi at once. Here, you have the choice of registering your domains seperately, and for a slightly better price too!
