88x31 animated banner. $20

OK, here is a easy way for you to earn 20 bucks. I need an animated 88x31 banner. It must have the following text:


Give the text some cool design and effect and then have a smiley show up and laugh, or do something silly or funny.

Try to keep the weight down as much as you can, not really interested in a 85kb button

I want it to have nice colors, no lame white letters on black background, remember that this is targeted at teens, so it needs to catch their attention in a flashy way.

Can't really wait much for this, my designer is already working on the site, so if you are interested please submit your design as soon as possible, I'll keep it open for 3 days.

sadpunk: Don't like your font, and I want a smiley doing domething funny or silly after the phrases

vip-ip: Nice idea, but I don't like the font all in the same color, play around with colors, make it more flashy

kevdaguru: I don't want it with a static smiley and the letters seem pixelated

eh-stevo: Nice, I like the font, but I don't like it to stay blue all the time, and the effect on the smiley is just weird, I'd like it to be animated, not out of focus
