$15 Contest for 88x32 Banner

Hi guys, I would like a small banner (88x32) to use for link exchanges. It should be an animated gif, not in flash.

It should be eye-catching and fast-moving, so it draws attention even on a page with several other banners.

As an example, take a look at this one:

The only requirement, the text on the banner should say "Soccer Betting" or "Soccer Betting Tips". But the main thing is that it moves quickly so it gets noticed.
