Hi..Every Body

I had Two Domains in 6N.com Category

Were cancelled by Godaddy Automatically

Few Days Back i Logged in the account to check in my domains for sale ,the account was asking for ID Proofs
those i uploaded & today when i called customer care for that ...they said your order was cancelled that day only.

But i never cancelled my order or even ask for that ..

after speaking to CC i got an email from godaddy

So is this right they can cancel my domain by anyhow...without even my concern for it after i purchased the domain....

That means i dont have anyright for my registered domains ..they can do it any time.

What about my value for 6N.com

Please any Advice,Legal issue or helplessness

It sounds like they had or are still having trouble verifying your payment info and want further info to make sure your payment is authorized by the payment account holder, the banks, etc. You will need to continue to follow up with them as they will be able to answer any questions you have directly.

after verifying email ,received invoice & customer Id
an email for Domain is ready then i never looked back
...
two days before i tried to sell them & logged into my account but they asked for IDS those i already supplied
& today i called customer care that was cancelled on the same Day ..
But i never received an cancellation email
or refund email or details nothing like that
& today domain is with somebody else but i am the owner according to my invoice & emails

1. do you have multiple Godaddy accounts?
2. have you used them to buy domains using the same promo code?

I am sorry to hear that. We would have sent emails about this and the cancellation had we done so. They don't just cancel the domain they would reach out and try and resolve the issue first. You will need to follow up with that department in order to get more information on the emails they sent and what took place.

Most of the domains i purchased got separate email account & they were purchased using google
premium ad of godaddy ..that comes on the top when we google "register a domain"
But yes i got seperate emails for domain

emails dont matter... do you have two or more accounts with godaddy which you used to purchase domains with .99 etc promo codes?

from their reply its quite clear thats the problem:

I didn't used any promo code my self but that promo offers comes in offer when we google
"register a domain " a there come a premium ad of Godaddy that direct to offered page of promo

But being a customer & reseller i choose new customer account for each Domain i registered. SO that means i am not hacking any offer from Godaddy .

I just wanted to keep my domain in separate email account those give a separate customer id on new registration .

What does it mean one person can only have one customer Account with godaddy

If you email the team that contacted you about this they will have all the info on it. Things like your ID, address, etc are personal in nature and best not shared over a forum so my preference would be for you to contact them directly and have them follow up with you. codes have clearly stated limitations like one per person etc.. you created additional account in order to circumvent those restrictions cause the code obviously didnt work for your first account. there are always people creating dozens accounts to take advantage of promo codes abusing the system. godaddy is absolutely right in this case. you should be happy they did not ban you completely.

I did already Called Them Mailed them .. But there is nothing to do now as the domains i had are already sold to somebody else that means something else i need to talk to someone else more professional for this kind of thing.....

I am not the thief... If i could legally purchase something by making payment for it & such thing is awarded to me with invoice is mine ....

What it means there can be or can't be or should not be more discussion on this topic as buying domains with separate customer account is not as per guidelines of the godaddy & topic must be closed ..
I just started with domain flipping in 2015 august though had good luck in flipping but now its over ..can't even save the ones those already have not even sure they had refunded the whole amount ..so will have to go through all my statements to find out if I was paid or not ..coz they don't even send cancellation email or ask for full domain value even after everything is done
