673,000 exact monthly searches, 3,740,000 exact matches - .net, profitable?

Hi,
I found a 3 word key phrase, that returns 673,000 exact searches in google keyword tool. When you search for this phrase in google, no adds show up. The phrase is a title of a song, that doesn't make much sense grammatically. Do you think this domain has a good potential if parked? If I would try to develop a site out of it, should I get good google traffic from it? The .net is available.

Well parking it might not generate as much revenue as you would should you build a site around it, most parked domains either earn revenue through either type in traffic or back-links, which your domain has none.

I would say build a site around it, you'll have a better chance of generating some revenue from it.

mosilager, thanks for the suggestion. The only problem is that the name doesn't make sense, it would suck to use it as a websites name. lincolndsp, yes, it's in english. Thanks!
