Exact local searches

hi there.

i check on the google adwords tool for searches on a domain i am thinking of regging. i changeed the settings so it shows uk exact and it says.

global 1,500,000

local is 823,000

it sounds quite alot.the settings are definitly right becuase when i try it as just global its more also i tried the search with just the exact phrase.

the ext its free in is org.uk
is it worth regging this?

Honestly, no one can say without knowing the word and I don't suppose you will tell me lol

About the best you can do is take a punt on it and hope for the best, but in org.uk we are far more likely to be expecting either a charity or health domain that a commercial one, so take that into consideration

For the record, the word [the] gets local 40,000 searches a month and our national game of [football] only gets 246,000, so it really is not all that exact a science :p
