Please note that they charge the authorization fee for the amount before coupons are applied, so before you go purchasing hundreds of .info domains, make sure you have enough credit so it won't fail.

Not doubting you but they have never charged me an authorization fee.. just debited the exact amount from my CC up to this point..

They charge you an authorization fee for the higher amount, or the price that the domains would of been before the coupon(s) were applied.

I noticed the authorization charge for the 2 for $2 promotion they had a week or two ago was around $17, called them and that is what they told me.

Odd. I generally use my debit card as a credit card, although there shouldn't be any real difference due to that.

You can prepay with paypal and they will credit your account. But you can't just pay with it.

I wish NameCheap had this promo. I'm staying away from RegisterFly, I've heard alot of bad comments about it. It's better to pay more at another website.

For me at least, it's *not working. The availability-add to cart-checkout process is working fine but no domains are actually registered and no email is received to confirm a FAILED or a SUCCESSFUL registration, like it usually happens. I do receive the ProtectFLY confirmation emails so I don't think the problem is on my end. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Just a word of advice for those picking up domains at RegFly on the special. Their software is a bit strange. Apparently it's written that if the registrar queue doesn't come back with an immediate answer, it's considered FAILED, rather than still processing. I found out the hard way this morning trying to register 10 domains. In the end, the domains were all processed and set in the account, but it was all very confusing, trying to figure out if they were or weren't registered.

I tried registering some names and the system failed when trying to verify my CC and asked me to try again... no thanks, too much chance of being double billed.. I'll pass this time.
