I really think what you are doing is wrong. Using his name to your money benefit is just not right.

Well, it kind of has to be, but I also think in his Ebay auction, people be misled thinking his auction is for the real MDH. I wouldnt go make a search engine called google.net, it just is wrong.(Keep in mind, I know they own that domain name, and have a trademark, and would fight it, but Im trying to prove a point.

Last time I checked Million Dollar Homepage had a TM mark on it's logo. Not sure if it's actually pending or if they just put it on the image for the hell of it.

I can't even get into the milliondollarhomepage.com right now... oh well.

Look again, just as on the real MDH, its an affiliate banner, someone is trying to make money off referals.

Im pretty sure he just added that image with a referal id on it so if anyone signs up he gets the credit.

I figured as much. Misleading, he's implying that someone's "bought" those pixels.

Geez. There sure is talk about htis site that was a rip off of another site that did not get the WSJ mention. Can't remember the site but it was done already about 2 or so years ago. I bookmarked it and I will see if I can find it.

The owner of this new website is merely a copycat that got lucky that no one remembered the other site, otherwise he'd have been labeled as a copycat instead of the almighty "thinker" that he was mislabeled thus far.
